Services are performed in accordance with industry best practices and applicable fire safety standards, including NFPA 96 (Standard for Ventilation Control and Fire Protection of Commercial Cooking Operations).
3. Scheduling, Access & Service Conditions
- Clients must provide safe, unobstructed access to the kitchen exhaust system.
- All cooking equipment must be powered off prior to service.
- If access is not available upon arrival, a trip fee or cancellation charge may apply.

4. Pricing, Estimates & Payment Terms

7. Limitations of Liability (North Carolina)
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the State of North Carolina:
- Andaman Hood Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage, improper installation, or structural deficiencies.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by hidden grease buildup, inaccessible areas, or non-compliant systems.
- We are not liable for business interruption, lost revenue, or indirect damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
8. No Guarantee of Inspection Passing
While our services are designed to help maintain compliance with fire and health codes:
- We do not guarantee passing of any fire, safety, or health inspection.
- Final approval is at the discretion of local authorities, including fire inspectors and regulatory agencies.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee & Claims
- Any service concerns must be reported within 48 hours of completion.
- We will make reasonable efforts to address valid service-related issues.
- Failure to notify within this period may void claims.
10. Photo & Documentation Release
We may take before-and-after photos of your kitchen exhaust system for:

11. Indemnification
